成都首列消费型锂电池国际班列发往波兰 铁路运输助力外贸降本增效

1月30日，一列载有消费型锂电池产品的国际班列从成都国际铁路港驶出，预计12天后抵达波兰马拉舍维奇。这是国家发布消费型锂电池铁路运输新规后，成都发出的首趟此类产品专列。
On January 30, an international train loaded with consumer lithium battery products departed from Chengdu International Railway Port and is expected to arrive in Malaszewicze, Poland in 12 days. This is the first special train carrying such products from Chengdu since the new national regulations on railway transportation of consumer lithium batteries were issued.

消费型锂电池主要用于手机、笔记本电脑、数码相机等电子产品。2023年10月，国家多部委联合发布指导意见，首次明确此类产品可通过铁路运输进出口。
Consumer lithium batteries are mainly used in electronic products such as mobile phones, laptops, and digital cameras. In October 2023, several national ministries jointly issued guidelines clarifying for the first time that such products can be imported and exported by rail.
运输时效提升78%

本次运输的便携式麦克风是国外网红产品。货代公司负责人费腾表示："铁路运输仅需12天，比海运节省38天，资金回笼更快，综合成本大幅降低。"
The portable microphones transported this time are popular products overseas. Fei Teng, head of the freight forwarding company, said: "Rail transport takes only 12 days, saving 38 days compared to sea shipping, with faster capital turnover and significantly lower overall costs."

成都国际铁路班列公司表示，将优化工作流程，满足锂电池运输的经济性和时效性需求。铁路部门制定了专项运输方案，确保班列安全正点发运。
Chengdu International Railway Express Company stated that it will optimize work processes to meet the economic and timeliness requirements of lithium battery transportation. The railway department has developed special transport plans to ensure the safe and punctual departure of trains.
