临沂宠物用品出口创新高 "它经济"持续升温
在临沂客户端讯 据统计，今年上半年我市出口宠物用品近6亿元，其中宠物食品2.8亿元，同比增长14.3%，增速领跑全国。此外，我市特色柳编猫窝、猫爬架等宠物产品出口达2.7亿元。
According to statistics from the Linyi Client, the city's pet product exports reached nearly 600 million yuan in the first half of this year, including 280 million yuan in pet food, a year-on-year increase of 14.3%, leading the country in growth rate. In addition, exports of specialty wicker cat nests, cat trees and other pet products reached 270 million yuan.
为助力辖区特色宠物经济持续"旺"销海外，临沂海关成立"宠物食品出口专班"，对宠物食品生产企业开展从出口备案到放行通关全流程服务指导，针对新企业、新客户、新配方，帮助企业梳理自检自控体系，确保产品质量符合出口要求，辖区宠物食品远销英国、法国、德国等国家，今年上半年，共监管放行出口宠物食品4.3万吨。
To help the local specialty pet economy continue to "boom" in overseas markets, Linyi Customs established a "Pet Food Export Task Force" to provide full-process service guidance to pet food production enterprises from export filing to customs clearance. For new enterprises, new customers and new formulas, it helps companies sort out their self-inspection and self-control systems to ensure product quality meets export requirements. Pet food from the jurisdiction is exported to the UK, France, Germany and other countries. In the first half of this year, a total of 43,000 tons of pet food were supervised and released for export.
同时，积极落实一系列通关便利化措施，支持企业利用"互联网+海关"实现远程申报，推广采用电话办、网上办等"不见面"方式，开通"8小时外"预约办理通道，加强与企业的沟通协调，做到出口申报随报随办"零等待"，优化属地查检模式，开通宠物食品进出口"绿色通道"，实施优先查检和"5+2"预约查检，保障快速通关。
At the same time, it actively implemented a series of customs clearance facilitation measures, supported enterprises to use "Internet + Customs" to achieve remote declaration, promoted the use of "contactless" methods such as telephone and online processing, opened an "after-hours" appointment processing channel, strengthened communication and coordination with enterprises, achieved "zero waiting" for export declarations, optimized the local inspection mode, opened a "green channel" for pet food import and export, implemented priority inspection and "5+2" appointment inspection to ensure fast customs clearance.
除了宠物食品，我市柳编猫窝、猫爬架和宠物别墅等宠物用品也受到了国外消费者的青睐。下一步，临沂海关将持续落实促进外贸质升量稳相关举措，聚焦民营企业发展难题，不断加强监管优化服务，促进地方特色产业健康长足发展。
