据泸州海关3月1日披露，2021年泸州市实现进出口总值129.5亿元，同比增长44.3%，增速位列四川省第5位。主要进出口商品涵盖机电产品、汽车零部件、粮食和化工产品等多元品类。
According to Luzhou Customs on March 1, the city's total import and export value reached 12.95 billion yuan in 2021, ranking fifth in Sichuan Province with a year-on-year growth of 44.3%. Major trade commodities include mechanical & electrical products, auto parts, grains, and chemical products.

The operation of Luzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone has become a key growth driver. With policy advantages like bonded warehousing and processing, coupled with Luzhou Port's open channel, it attracted 108 new foreign trade enterprises. 泸州海关实施"两步申报""船边直提"等便利化措施，通过防疫物资绿色通道为企业减免口岸费用130余万元。特别针对白酒出口，指导企业应对国际技术壁垒，助力泸州大龙酒业等企业开拓博兹瓦纳、西班牙等36国市场。
Luzhou Customs implemented facilitative measures like "two-step declaration" and "direct shipside pickup", saving enterprises over 1.3 million yuan in port fees through green channels. For baijiu exports, it guided companies to overcome technical barriers, helping Luzhou Dalong Winery expand to 36 countries including Botswana and Spain.

随着中欧班列(泸州号)常态化运行和保税区项目投产，泸州海关将持续优化营商环境，重点培育机电、白酒等特色产业，预计2022年外贸将保持两位数增长。
With the regular operation of China-Europe Railway Express (Luzhou) and new bonded zone projects, Luzhou Customs will further optimize the business environment, focusing on characteristic industries like machinery and baijiu. Foreign trade is expected to maintain double-digit growth in 2022.
