湖南黑茶：历史悠久的茶马古道瑰宝
湖南黑茶是中国茶叶的重要品类之一，始于明代嘉靖三年（1524年）。据《甘肃通志》记载："湖南安化仿四川乌茶制法并加改过，制成半发酵类黑茶。"这种改进后的工艺，形成了如今湖南黑茶的传统制法：灌浆杀青、趁热揉捻、堆积渥堆、松柴明火分层干燥。
Hunan Dark Tea is one of the important categories of Chinese tea, originating in the 3rd year of Jiajing reign in Ming Dynasty (1524 AD). According to "Gansu General Chronicles", "Hunan Anhua imitated Sichuan dark tea production method with improvements, creating semi-fermented dark tea." This improved process formed the traditional production method of Hunan dark tea today: water-blanching, hot rolling, pile fermentation, and layered drying with pine wood fire.
一、茯砖茶 (Fu Brick Tea)
茯砖茶原产于陕西省泾阳县，使用湖南安化"甘引"茶原料制成。因其需在三伏天筑制，故称"茯砖茶"。茯砖茶具有独特的"发花"工序，砖内会产生金黄色的"金花"（冠突散囊菌），这是其品质的重要标志。
1. Fu Brick Tea
Fu Brick Tea originated in Jingyang County, Shaanxi Province, made from "Gan Yin" tea raw materials from Anhua, Hunan. As it needs to be processed during the dog days of summer, it's called "Fu Brick Tea". Fu Brick Tea has a unique "flowering" process that produces golden "golden flowers" (Eurotium cristatum), which is an important quality indicator.
二、花砖茶和黑砖茶 (Flower Brick Tea and Black Brick Tea)
花砖茶前身为花卷茶，始于道光年间。安化白沙溪茶厂于1958年试制机械压制花砖茶，改为长方形砖块形。黑砖茶则是20世纪30年代安化创制的新产品，砖面色泽黑褐，故名黑砖茶。
2. Flower Brick Tea and Black Brick Tea
Flower Brick Tea evolved from Flower Roll Tea, originating during the Daoguang period. Anhua Baishaxi Tea Factory successfully developed mechanically pressed Flower Brick Tea in 1958, changing it to rectangular brick shape. Black Brick Tea was a new product created in Anhua in the 1930s, named for its dark brown brick surface.
