益阳海关广泛开展"海关政策巡回宣讲""关长送政策上门""关长在线访谈"等活动，对国务院办公厅印发的《关于加快内外贸一体化发展的若干措施》5个方面18项措施进行深度解读，宣传内外贸一体化的海关改革举措。

Yiyang Customs has extensively carried out activities such as "Customs Policy Roadshow", "Customs Chief Delivers Policies to Enterprises", and "Customs Chief Online Interviews", providing in-depth interpretation of the 18 measures in 5 aspects of the "Several Measures on Accelerating the Integrated Development of Domestic and Foreign Trade" issued by the General Office of the State Council, and promoting Customs reform measures for integrated domestic and foreign trade.

益阳海关建立健全企业帮扶机制，搭建关企交流服务平台，成立工作专班，严格督促出口茶叶生产企业在原料验收、产品检测等关键控制点自检自控，建立健全可追溯的食品安全卫生控制体系。
Firmly Grasping the Lifeline of Dark Tea Quality and Safety
Yiyang Customs has established and improved enterprise assistance mechanisms, built a platform for customs-enterprise communication, set up special working groups, strictly supervised tea export enterprises in self-inspection and self-control at key control points such as raw material acceptance and product testing, and established a traceable food safety and hygiene control system.
关际合作打开新通道
在长沙海关与上海等12个直属海关建立通关监管合作机制的基础上，益阳海关进一步强化与乌鲁木齐海关、拉萨海关、满洲里海关等边关的沟通联系，抓好常态化业务交流和信息共享。

On the basis of the customs clearance supervision cooperation mechanism established between Changsha Customs and 12 other direct subordinate customs including Shanghai, Yiyang Customs has further strengthened communication with border customs such as Urumqi Customs, Lhasa Customs, and Manzhouli Customs, focusing on regular business exchanges and information sharing.

High-Quality Joint Construction of the "Belt and Road"
Yiyang Customs has assisted local enterprises in participating in exhibitions such as the China International Import Expo and the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, helping enterprises conduct business negotiations and open up cooperation paths. It has solidly promoted AEO mutual recognition among enterprises in countries jointly building the "Belt and Road", guided enterprises to actively apply for and make full use of various preferential certificates of origin to expand exports, and broken through policy barriers.
