Nanning, China — On the morning of September 27, the 6th World Jasmine Conference and the 2024 Hengzhou Jasmine Culture Festival with the theme of "Green Leadership, Health and Beauty" grandly opened in Nanning. The conference aims to promote the high-quality development of the jasmine industry and deepen the integration of culture, tourism, and economic trade.
作为第21届东博会投资贸易促进活动之一，本次大会举行了重大项目电子签约仪式，共签约9个项目，总投资额达72.04亿元，涵盖电子信息、新材料、食品加工、茉莉花高端新品等领域。
As one of the investment and trade promotion activities of the 21st China-ASEAN Expo, the conference held an electronic signing ceremony for major projects, with a total of 9 projects signed and an investment of 7.204 billion yuan, covering fields such as electronics, new materials, food processing, and high-end jasmine products.
横州茉莉花产业优势显著

横州市建立了以茉莉花产业为主导的国家现代农业产业园，牢牢掌握原材料供应优势。今年横州茉莉花亩产约1000公斤，预计总产量将突破11万吨，占全国80%、全球60%以上的市场份额。
Hengzhou has established a national modern agricultural industrial park dominated by the jasmine industry, firmly holding the advantage in raw material supply. This year, the yield of jasmine in Hengzhou is about 1,000 kilograms per mu, with the total output expected to exceed 110,000 tons, accounting for 80% of China's and over 60% of the global market share.
近年来，横州市深度布局茉莉花"1+9"产业，推动产业由单一的花茶向食品、康养等9个领域延伸。茉莉香薰、香包、花糕等衍生产品快速发展，茉莉奶茶、茉莉咖啡等新茶饮产品火爆出圈。
In recent years, Hengzhou has deeply deployed the jasmine "1+9" industry, extending from traditional flower tea to nine fields including food and wellness. Derived products such as jasmine aromatherapy, sachets, and cakes have developed rapidly, while new beverages like jasmine milk tea and jasmine coffee have gained explosive popularity.

Industry Drives Rural Revitalization
横州茉莉花产业已成为富民产业，带动34万花农和1.5万脱贫人口增收，其联农带农振兴案例入选第三届全球减贫优秀案例。6年来，横州累计引进茉莉花产业项目30个，总投资32.87亿元，形成超百亿元产值的规模集群。
The jasmine industry in Hengzhou has become a wealth-boosting sector, benefiting 340,000 flower farmers and 15,000 people lifted out of poverty. Its model of linking agriculture with rural revitalization was selected as a Third Global Poverty Reduction Best Practice. Over the past six years, Hengzhou has introduced 30 jasmine industry projects with a total investment of 3.287 billion yuan, forming an industrial cluster with an output value exceeding 10 billion yuan.

横州茉莉花不仅是东西方文明交流的文化符号，更是扩大对外开放的桥梁。6年来，来自10余个国家和地区的嘉宾通过线上线下方式参与世界茉莉花大会。横州茉莉花产品远销法国、俄罗斯等70多个国家和地区，占全国茉莉花产品出口总量一半以上。
Hengzhou jasmine is not only a cultural symbol of East-West exchange but also a bridge for expanding openness. Over the past six years, guests from more than 10 countries and regions have participated in the World Jasmine Conference online and offline. Hengzhou's jasmine products are exported to over 70 countries and regions, including France and Russia, accounting for more than half of China's total jasmine product exports.
