Introduction to Yingde Black Tea
英德红茶产于广东中西北部的英德市,这里地处五岭山脉南缘,属于南岭山脉的山地丘陵地带。优越的地理环境为茶树生长提供了理想条件。
Yingde Black Tea is produced in Yingde City in the central-northwest of Guangdong Province. Located at the southern edge of the Wuling Mountains, this mountainous and hilly terrain of the Nanling Mountains provides ideal conditions for tea tree growth.
1956年,广东省农业厅从云南引进茶籽试种成功。1959年首批英德红茶上市并出口欧洲。1963年,英国女王在盛大宴会上用英德红茶F.O.P(叶茶一号)招待贵宾,获得高度赞赏。
In 1956, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Agriculture successfully introduced tea seeds from Yunnan for trial planting. The first batch of Yingde Black Tea was launched in 1959 and exported to Europe. In 1963, Queen Elizabeth II served Yingde Black Tea F.O.P (Leaf Tea No. 1) to distinguished guests at a grand banquet, receiving high praise.

按外形分类:主要分为红条茶和红碎茶
By appearance: Mainly divided into strip tea and broken tea
按采摘时间:明前茶、春茶、夏茶、秋茶、冬茶。其中明前春茶口感最佳。
By picking time: Pre-Qingming tea, spring tea, summer tea, autumn tea, winter tea. Among them, pre-Qingming spring tea has the best taste.
按采摘标准:金毫茶(单芽)、金毛毫(1芽1叶)、一级、二级、三级

Production Process
英德红茶属于全发酵红茶,每年三月采青后,经过萎凋、揉捻、发酵、干燥等工艺制作而成。其中著名的英红九号品种,口感香醇,香气高扬,汤色明亮鲜红。
Yingde Black Tea is a fully fermented black tea. After picking in March each year, it undergoes processes such as withering, rolling, fermentation, and drying. The famous Yinghong No. 9 variety has a mellow taste, high aroma, and bright red liquor.
冲泡与品鉴
Brewing and Tasting
冲泡方法:准备盖碗,投入5g茶叶,用环壁方式注入沸水,5-10秒快速出汤。
Brewing method: Prepare a gaiwan, add 5g of tea leaves, pour boiling water in a circular motion, and steep for 5-10 seconds.
品鉴特点:茶汤明亮鲜红,香气浓厚,口感绵柔甜润,如丝绸般丝滑。还可与牛奶一起煮开,更加丝滑好喝。
Tasting characteristics: The tea liquor is bright red with a strong aroma and a soft, sweet, smooth taste like silk. It can also be boiled with milk for an even smoother taste.
存储建议
Storage Recommendations
英德红茶建议在一年内饮用完毕,存放不超过3年。需在阴凉避光、无异味的密封条件下存放,温度保持在5-30℃。
Yingde Black Tea is recommended to be consumed within one year and stored for no more than three years. It should be stored in a cool, dark, odor-free, and sealed environment at temperatures between 5-30°C.
唐朝陆羽《茶经》中记载:"岭南生福州、泉州、韶州、象州......往往得之,其味极佳",说的正是英德。对于爱茶人来说,品鉴英德红茶绝对是一番别有滋味的体验。
