央视网消息：海关总署11月12日出台15条新举措，进一步推动西部陆海新通道高质量发展，重点提升跨境班列效率，扩大铁海联运运费优惠政策范围。
CCTV News: On November 12, the General Administration of Customs introduced 15 new measures to further promote the high-quality development of the Western Land-Sea Corridor, focusing on improving cross-border train efficiency and expanding preferential policies for rail-sea intermodal transport.
前10月通道进出口1.15万亿元 同比增长8.8%

2024年是《西部陆海新通道总体规划》印发五周年。2024年1-10月，经该通道进出口总值达1.15万亿元，同比增长8.8%。目前通道已辐射125个国家和地区的542个港口，运输商品涵盖1160余种。
2024 marks the fifth anniversary of the Western Land-Sea Corridor Master Plan. From January to October 2024, import/export volume via the corridor reached 1.15 trillion yuan, up 8.8% year-on-year. The corridor now connects 542 ports in 125 countries/regions, transporting over 1,160 types of goods.
政策叠加实现"经贸+产业"联动发展
Policy Synergy Drives "Trade+Industry" Coordinated Development
通过"通道+平台"政策组合，沿线111个口岸和48个综合保税区形成开放矩阵。2024年1-10月，沿线综保区进出口1.55万亿元，同比增长10.4%，占沿线省区市外贸总值的43.8%。
Through the "corridor+platform" policy package, 111 ports and 48 comprehensive bonded zones along the route form an open matrix. From January to October 2024, import/export value of these bonded zones reached 1.55 trillion yuan, up 10.4% year-on-year, accounting for 43.8% of total foreign trade in relevant provinces.
特色农产品出口显著增长：前10月沿线省区市农产品出口268.8亿元，增长12.3%。重庆潼南柠檬（占全国出口50%）、青海高原蔬菜等首次通过通道出口海外，运输时间缩短10天。
Agricultural exports grew remarkably: Jan-Oct agricultural exports from corridor provinces reached 26.88 billion yuan, up 12.3%. Chongqing Tongnan lemons (50% of national exports) and Qinghai plateau vegetables made their international debut via the corridor, cutting transit time by 10 days.
智能物流赋能高质量发展

重庆果园港创新实施"船边放行、智能分流"模式，提高疏港效率30%以上。重庆铁路口岸建成我国内陆首个智慧口岸，形成整车、跨境电商等临铁产业链。"通道+口岸+保税"格局加速资源集聚。
Chongqing Guoyuan Port pioneered "shipside release, smart distribution" mode, improving port clearance efficiency by over 30%. Chongqing Railway Port became China's first inland smart port, developing auto and cross-border e-commerce industrial chains. The "corridor+port+bonded zone" framework accelerates resource aggregation.
专家指出：西部陆海新通道通过政策创新和数字化转型，正成为连接中国西部与全球市场的高效桥梁，为区域经济发展注入新动能。
