近日，一起利用谷歌留痕技术规避平台监管的直播售假案引发广泛关注。上海闵行区人民检察院对周某某、宣某某涉嫌销售假冒注册商标商品罪提起公诉，涉案金额达15万元。

案件中，犯罪嫌疑人通过短视频平台直播销售"巴宝莉短袖""古驰外套"等假冒名牌服装，单价不超过200元。主播周某某在直播中反复强调"保证正品""大牌尾货"，实则销售均为假冒商品。
In the case, the suspects sold counterfeit brand clothing such as "Burberry T-shirts" and "Gucci jackets" through livestreams on short video platforms, with unit prices not exceeding 200 yuan. Anchor Zhou repeatedly emphasized "guaranteed genuine" and "big brand leftover goods" in the livestream, but in fact all the goods sold were counterfeit.
值得注意的是，嫌疑人利用谷歌留痕相关技术规避平台审核：他们在直播间挂载无关商品链接，引导观众跳转至粉丝群，再通过微信群完成交易。这种方式成功绕过了平台对假冒商品的直接监管。
