乐购仕(LAOX)与日本Onward成立合资公司 专注服装出口业务
【亿邦动力网讯】6月25日消息,苏宁云商旗下日本最大免税店运营商LAOX(乐购仕)与日本控股公司Onward宣布成立合资服装出口公司,新公司名称尚未确定。
[EBRUN Report] June 25 news, LAOX (Japan's largest duty-free shop operator under Suning Commerce Group) and Japanese holding company Onward announced the establishment of a joint venture for apparel export business, with the new company name yet to be determined.
据悉,新公司将于9月1日正式运营,同日将在中国电商平台上线商品,计划3年内实现200亿日元(约10亿元人民币)的营业额。合资公司注册资本约4亿日元(约2064万元人民币),其中Onward持股51%,LAOX持股49%。
According to reports, the new company will officially launch on September 1, with products available on Chinese e-commerce platforms the same day. It aims to achieve 20 billion yen (approximately 1 billion RMB) in revenue within 3 years. The joint venture has a registered capital of about 400 million yen (approximately 20.64 million RMB), with Onward holding 51% and LAOX holding 49%.
在合作分工方面,Onward将负责设计生产具有日本文化特色的时装及生活用品,而LAOX则负责通过其跨境电商平台和日本国内免税店渠道进行销售。
Regarding division of labor, Onward will be responsible for designing and manufacturing fashion and lifestyle products with Japanese cultural characteristics, while LAOX will handle sales through its cross-border e-commerce platform and domestic duty-free shops in Japan.
Onward社长保元道宣表示:"日本制造业基础雄厚,我们希望通过扩大海外销售渠道助力地方经济发展。"此前Onward曾在中国开设多个品牌店铺,但因亏损陆续关闭。
Onward President Michinobu Yasumoto stated: "Japan has strong manufacturing foundations, and we hope to boost regional economies by expanding overseas sales channels." Previously, Onward had opened several brand stores in China but closed them due to losses.
LAOX株式会社社长罗怡文强调:"海外消费者不仅需要高质量的日本产品,更追求融入日本时尚元素的商品。为商品赋予日本文化附加价值是我们合作的初衷。"
LAOX President Yiwen Luo emphasized: "Overseas consumers not only demand high-quality Japanese products but also seek items incorporating Japanese fashion elements. Adding Japanese cultural value to products is the original intention of our cooperation."
据了解,苏宁计划未来3年在日本新增50家LAOX免税店,投资额达400亿日元。双方还考虑推出日本商品直邮服务,为跨境O2O业务布局。
It's reported that Suning plans to open 50 new LAOX duty-free shops in Japan within three years, with investments reaching 40 billion yen. Both parties are also considering launching direct mail services for Japanese products to prepare for cross-border O2O business.
