SHOPLINE stated in the declaration that its software and solutions were independently developed within SHOPLINE's ecosystem with the highest integrity standards.
SHOPLINE称，Shopify在未经任何与SHOPLINE就该案件的事实情况和技术细节沟通的情况下，直接对我们自主研发的主题模板发起诉讼。我们认为这些指控断章取义、毫无依据。
SHOPLINE claimed that Shopify filed the lawsuit against its independently developed theme template without any prior communication regarding the case's facts or technical details. SHOPLINE believes these allegations are taken out of context and completely unfounded.

据了解，最近，总部位于加拿大渥太华的电商SAAS巨头Shopify向美国提起诉讼，指控跨境电商独立站SAAS建站平台SHOPLINE，侵犯其版权。
According to reports, Shopify, the Ottawa-based e-commerce SaaS giant, recently filed a lawsuit in the U.S., accusing cross-border e-commerce SaaS platform SHOPLINE of copyright infringement.
这次诉讼的核心是Shopify认为SHOPLINE复制了其为平台上的商家提供可定制的店面模板的程序“Dawn”。
The core of the lawsuit revolves around Shopify's claim that SHOPLINE copied its customizable storefront template program "Dawn."
Shopify的诉讼称，SHOPLINE复制了Dawn，并在美国和世界各地分发Shopline称之为“Seed”的仿冒品。
Shopify's lawsuit alleges that SHOPLINE replicated Dawn and distributed a counterfeit version called "Seed" in the U.S. and globally.
据路透社报道，Shopify 发言人在一份声明中表示，该公司“已对SHOPLINE采取积极的法律行动，以维护 Shopify 产品的完整性”。
According to Reuters, a Shopify spokesperson stated in a declaration that the company "has taken proactive legal action against SHOPLINE to uphold the integrity of Shopify's products."

Shopify claimed that "the evidence of SHOPLINE's copying is overwhelming, from the highest-level overall structure down to the smallest individual lines of code," reportedly including "numerous" matching file names and other elements.
