四川外贸创四项全国第一 传递中国西部经济崛起信号
成都1月17日电 - 2023年四川省外贸数据近日公布，碳酸锂、鱼油、柠檬及酸橙四种商品的进出口规模均创下全国第一，标志着中国西部地区的经济竞争力正在快速提升。
Chengdu, Jan. 17 (Xinhua) - The recently released 2023 foreign trade data of Sichuan Province shows that the import and export scale of four commodities - lithium carbonate, fish oil, lemons and limes - all ranked first in the country, signaling the rapid rise of economic competitiveness in China's western regions.
根据成都海关数据，2023年四川省实现货物贸易进出口总值9574.9亿元，规模位列全国第八。其中，成都市贡献了78.2%的份额，达7489.8亿元。
According to Chengdu Customs data, Sichuan Province achieved a total import and export value of 957.49 billion yuan in 2023, ranking eighth nationwide. Chengdu contributed 78.2% of the total, reaching 748.98 billion yuan.
外贸运行呈现三大亮点：
Three highlights in foreign trade performance:
1. 季度增长曲线稳健：进出口规模逐季抬升，四季度单月连续刷新年度高点，最终实现2767.4亿元的季度规模，创历史次高。
1. Steady quarterly growth curve: Import and export scale increased quarter by quarter, with monthly records continuously refreshed in Q4, achieving a quarterly scale of 276.74 billion yuan - the second highest in history.
2. 贸易结构持续优化：一般贸易同比增长18.8%，占比提升至39.2%；市场采购和对外承包工程等新业态分别增长14.8%和42.4%。
2. Continuous optimization of trade structure: General trade increased by 18.8% year-on-year, accounting for 39.2%; new business formats such as market procurement and overseas project contracting grew by 14.8% and 42.4% respectively.
3. 市场主体活力增强：有进出口实绩企业达8250家，新增901家；民营企业进出口增长25.1%，占比提升10.6个百分点至45.8%。
3. Enhanced vitality of market entities: Enterprises with actual import and export performance reached 8,250, adding 901 new ones; private enterprises' import and export grew by 25.1%, with proportion increasing by 10.6 percentage points to 45.8%.
区域发展更趋均衡：在成渝地区双城经济圈建设推动下，宜宾、遂宁、雅安等城市外贸增速分别达15.5%、41%和34.9%，全省已有10个城市跨越外贸百亿门槛。
More balanced regional development: Driven by the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle construction, cities like Yibin, Suining and Ya'an achieved foreign trade growth of 15.5%, 41% and 34.9% respectively. Ten cities in the province have now crossed the 10-billion-yuan threshold in foreign trade.
特色商品表现亮眼：除四项全国第一外，四川鱼子酱出口列全国第二，白酒、氢氧化锂等出口规模位列全国前三。"新三样"产品(锂离子电池、太阳能电池、电动汽车)出口增长46.7%。
Outstanding performance of specialty products: In addition to the four national firsts, Sichuan's caviar exports ranked second nationwide, while liquor and lithium hydroxide exports were in the top three. Exports of "new three" products (lithium-ion batteries, solar cells, and electric vehicles) grew by 46.7%.
专家指出，这些数据充分说明四川作为西部经济大省，正通过产业结构升级和开放型经济建设，在中国经济版图中扮演越来越重要的角色。
