中国陶瓷企业产能出海对出口规模的影响分析
经济观察网报道 - 中国建筑卫生陶瓷协会秘书长宫卫在2024中国陶瓷工业发展大会上指出，近年来中国陶瓷企业加速海外产能布局，这对国内陶瓷砖出口规模产生了显著影响。
According to Economic Observer Network, Gong Wei, Secretary General of China Building Sanitary Ceramics Association, stated at the 2024 China Ceramic Industry Development Conference that Chinese ceramic enterprises have been rapidly expanding overseas production capacity in recent years, significantly impacting domestic ceramic tile export volumes.
数据显示，2016年至2023年间，中国陶瓷砖出口量从10.7亿平方米下降至6.18亿平方米，出口额从55.3亿美元降至48.6亿美元。协会分析认为，这一下滑趋势主要受三个因素影响：
Statistics show that from 2016 to 2023, China's ceramic tile exports dropped from 1.074 billion square meters to 618 million square meters, with export value decreasing from $5.53 billion to $4.86 billion. The association attributes this decline to three main factors:
- 国际反倾销调查增加
- 中国企业在海外建厂满足当地需求
- 其他国家陶瓷产业崛起
值得注意的是，虽然出口量下降，但2023年出口单价达7.86美元/平方米，仍保持较高水平，表明中国产品正逐步向高端市场转型。
Notably, despite the export volume decline, the 2023 export unit price reached $7.86 per square meter, maintaining a relatively high level, indicating Chinese products are gradually moving toward the high-end market.
宫卫秘书长强调，尽管面临挑战，中国作为全球最大瓷砖生产国和消费国的地位依然稳固，适应新时代需求的企业仍有巨大发展空间。
Secretary General Gong Wei emphasized that despite challenges, China's position as the world's largest ceramic tile producer and consumer remains solid, and companies adapting to new era demands still have significant growth potential.
