青岛市贸促会多措并举助力外贸企业稳出口拓市场
信网3月17日讯（记者 王田）今年以来，面对疫情对外贸出口带来的挑战，青岛市贸促会积极落实"作风能力提升年"要求，通过搭建平台、优化服务等举措全力稳外贸。

市贸促会积极搭建线上线下国际国内平台：
1. 组织企业参加日本AFF夏季展等6个国外专业展
2. 为16家企业争取退回展位费70余万元
3. 代办签证400余张
4. 组织参加东亚海洋博览会等国内展会
The Council actively built online and offline international and domestic platforms:
1. Organized enterprises to participate in 6 overseas professional exhibitions including Japan AFF Summer Exhibition
2. Helped 16 enterprises recover over 700,000 yuan in booth fees
3. Processed more than 400 visas
4. Organized participation in domestic exhibitions such as the East Asia Marine Expo

- 建立企业QQ/微信群服务3000余家企业
- 邮寄送达证书1800余份
- 为莱西企业开通原产地证自主打印服务
- 全面实现原产地证"足不出户"网上办理
Innovative service measures include:
- Establishing QQ/WeChat groups serving over 3,000 enterprises
- Mailing more than 1,800 certificates
- Launching self-printing service for certificates of origin for Laixi enterprises
- Fully realizing online processing of certificates of origin "without leaving home"

针对疫情特殊时期：
• 出具不可抗力事实性证明降低违约风险
• 协调完成20余笔出口订单货运服务
• 将ATA单证册办理时限从3天缩短至1天
For the special period of epidemic:
• Issued force majeure certificates to reduce breach risks
• Coordinated the completion of freight services for more than 20 export orders
• Shortened the processing time of ATA carnets from 3 days to 1 day
数据成果：今年已签发原产地证近3万份，货值约20.9亿美元，出具商事证明约1500份。
Data Achievements: This year, nearly 30,000 certificates of origin have been issued, with a value of about 2.09 billion US dollars, and about 1,500 commercial certificates have been issued.
