湖北国际贸易数字化平台移动版上线 助力进出口企业便捷服务
湖北日报讯（记者李朝霞、通讯员丁承舰、杨纲）3月5日从省商务厅获悉，湖北国际贸易"单一窗口"（湖北国际贸易数字化平台）移动服务平台已正式上线，通过资讯"随时查"、业务"手机办"、功能"掌上学"三大服务版块，满足广大进出口企业在手机端的移动办事需求，进一步提升口岸通关便利化水平。
Hubei Daily News (Reporter Li Zhaoxia, Correspondents Ding Chengjian and Yang Gang) On March 5, it was learned from the Provincial Department of Commerce that the Hubei International Trade "Single Window" (Hubei International Trade Digital Platform) mobile service platform has been officially launched. Through three major service modules - "information available anytime", "business handled via mobile", and "functions learned on palm" - it meets the mobile service needs of import and export enterprises on mobile terminals, further improving the convenience level of port clearance.
为更好统筹国内国际两个市场两种资源，推动国际市场需求与湖北产业发展相结合、促进内外贸一体化发展，2023年我省依托湖北国际贸易"单一窗口"，以供应链思维建设湖北国际贸易数字化平台，新开发"全球贸易信息""市场信息服务""碳数宝"等12项应用，服务企业更好地对接海关、税务、金融等相关部门和国际市场。
To better coordinate domestic and international markets and resources, promote the combination of international market demand and Hubei's industrial development, and advance the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade, in 2023 our province relied on the Hubei International Trade "Single Window" to build the Hubei International Trade Digital Platform with supply chain thinking, newly developing 12 applications including "Global Trade Information", "Market Information Service", and "Carbon Data Treasure" to help enterprises better connect with customs, taxation, finance and other relevant departments as well as the international market.
三大核心功能：
Three Core Functions:
1. 资讯"随时查"：平台链接商务部、海关总署等国家相关部门以及主流媒体，为企业推送外贸行业资讯、口岸政策解读、全球经贸观察等信息，助力企业及时抓住市场信号，优化战略决策，推动外贸业务合规、稳健发展。
1. Information Available Anytime: The platform links to relevant national departments such as the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs as well as mainstream media, pushing foreign trade industry information, port policy interpretations, global economic and trade observations and other information to enterprises, helping them seize market signals in time, optimize strategic decisions, and promote compliant and steady development of foreign trade business.
2. 业务"手机办"：平台为企业提供通关跟踪、RCEP查询、商品归类、金融申请、认证推广、政策咨询等外贸特色服务，用户可掌上即时查询贸易数据、随手申办金融业务，让企业足不出户便捷办事。
2. Business Handled Via Mobile: The platform provides enterprises with foreign trade characteristic services such as customs clearance tracking, RCEP inquiries, commodity classification, financial applications, certification promotion, and policy consultation. Users can instantly query trade data and apply for financial services on their palms, allowing enterprises to handle affairs conveniently without leaving home.
3. 功能"掌上学"：平台上线了货物申报、监管证件申领、企业资质、跨境电商、原产地证等业务教学视频资源，进一步贴近企业"随时掌握"的需求。
3. Functions Learned On Palm: The platform has launched business teaching video resources such as cargo declaration, supervision certificate application, enterprise qualifications, cross-border e-commerce, and certificates of origin, further meeting enterprises' needs to "grasp anytime".
为促进线上线下融合发展，我省在武汉、鄂州、孝感三地建设东湖高新、武汉经开、鄂州花湖机场、首衡城4个线下国际贸易综合服务中心，构建"帮办、代办、免费办、全程办"公共服务体系，已累计为企业办理业务839项，提供咨询服务1210次。
To promote the integrated development of online and offline services, our province has built four offline international trade comprehensive service centers in Donghu High-tech, Wuhan Economic Development Zone, Ezhou Huahu Airport, and Shouheng City in Wuhan, Ezhou, and Xiaogan, establishing a public service system of "assistance, agency, free handling, and whole-process handling", which has cumulatively handled 839 business items for enterprises and provided 1,210 consulting services.
