随着智能手机普及和城市照明完善，传统手电筒市场看似萎缩，但西店镇企业通过创新找到了新蓝海。"户外运动热潮带来了巨大商机，"黑森林电子科技电商部经理周怡云表示，"我们已开发250多款手电筒和160款头灯，每季度推出30-40款新品。"
With the popularity of smartphones and improved urban lighting, the traditional flashlight market seems to be shrinking. However, Xidian enterprises have found new blue oceans through innovation. "The outdoor sports boom has brought huge business opportunities," said Zhou Yiyun, e-commerce manager of Heisenlin Electronic Technology. "We have developed over 250 flashlight models and 160 headlamp models, launching 30-40 new products every quarter."
特殊应用场景产品成为另一增长点。宁海一森日用品开发的超长距离手电筒照明距离达4738米，专为搜救设计；宁波荣发电器则专注于极端环境产品研发，已申请100多项专利。
Products for special application scenarios have become another growth point. Ninghai Yisen Daily Necessities developed an ultra-long-range flashlight with a lighting distance of 4,738 meters, designed specifically for search and rescue. Ningbo Rongfa Electric focuses on products for extreme environments and has applied for over 100 patents.

从劳动密集型到技术集约型，西店手电筒产业完成华丽转身。宁波协生照明总经理洪永强回忆："20年前是小作坊生产，如今我们使用数控车床，产品从卤素灯泡升级到高功率LED。"
From labor-intensive to technology-intensive, Xidian's flashlight industry has undergone a magnificent transformation. Hong Yongqiang, general manager of Ningbo Xiesheng Lighting, recalled: "Twenty years ago it was small workshop production. Now we use CNC machine tools, and products have upgraded from halogen bulbs to high-power LEDs."
宁波智鼎电器作为国家级高新技术企业，研发人员占比达1/3。其总经理何红永表示："好的设计可以解决用户痛点，我们一款头灯在北美市场累计销售120万个。"
As a national high-tech enterprise, Ningbo Zhiding Electric has R&D personnel accounting for one-third of its staff. General manager He Hongyong said: "Good design can solve user pain points. One of our headlamps has sold 1.2 million units in the North American market."

2000年，西店镇120多位农民企业家包机参加广交会的壮举，开启了产业国际化之路。如今，企业不仅出口产品，更提供定制化服务。协生照明为迪拜客户提供20多套设计方案，最终7款产品获得市场成功。
In 2000, the feat of over 120 farmer entrepreneurs from Xidian Town chartering a flight to attend the Canton Fair opened the door to internationalization. Today, enterprises not only export products but also provide customized services. Xiesheng Lighting provided more than 20 design solutions for Dubai customers, with 7 products ultimately achieving market success.
"一带一路"倡议为西店手电筒带来新机遇。洪永强表示："我们将继续拓展东南亚市场，把产品和服务卖到更多地方。"目前，西店手电筒产业外向度已超过60%。
The Belt and Road Initiative has brought new opportunities to Xidian flashlights. Hong Yongqiang said: "We will continue to expand in Southeast Asian markets and sell our products and services to more places." Currently, the export orientation of Xidian's flashlight industry has exceeded 60%.
专家观点：西店镇商会负责人邬双海指出，产业已从低小散走向中高端、规模化发展，在高效节能、智能设计等方面不断突破。"产品不仅技术含量高，利润也高。"
