At Google's Asia-Pacific Media Open Day in Tokyo on November 28, 2018, Jeff Dean, head of Google Brain, announced a significant decision: Google would make its internal machine learning training courses freely available worldwide. This curriculum has already successfully trained 18,000 Google employees.
