2021年山东外贸成绩单：稳中提质，RCEP带来新机遇

1月17日，青岛海关、济南海关联合发布了2021年山东外贸进出口数据，2021年山东省进出口2.93万亿元人民币，其中，出口1.76万亿元，增长34.8%，比2019年增长58.0%；进口1.17万亿元，增长29.0%，比2019年增长25.5%。
On January 17, Qingdao Customs and Jinan Customs jointly released Shandong's 2021 foreign trade data. The total import and export value reached 2.93 trillion yuan, with exports at 1.76 trillion yuan (up 34.8% year-on-year and 58.0% compared to 2019) and imports at 1.17 trillion yuan (up 29.0% year-on-year and 25.5% compared to 2019).
外贸进出口量稳质升
Steady Growth with Improved Quality
"2021年山东省外贸进出口保持了较快增长速度，增速高于全国，在前6大主要外贸省市中也居于首位。与此同时，山东外贸在质量提升方面也有了新进展。"济南海关副关长张艺兵表示。
"Shandong's foreign trade maintained rapid growth in 2021, outperforming the national average and ranking first among China's top six foreign trade provinces. Meanwhile, quality improvements have been achieved," said Zhang Yibing, Deputy Director of Jinan Customs.
数据显示，2021年山东有进出口实绩的企业达到6.1万家，比上年增加4946家。其中，民营企业进出口2.09万亿元，增长35.6%，占全省进出口总值的71.2%。
Statistics show 61,000 Shandong enterprises engaged in import/export activities in 2021, an increase of 4,946 from 2020. Private enterprises accounted for 2.09 trillion yuan in trade volume (up 35.6%), representing 71.2% of the province's total.
新平台新模式显成效
New Platforms and Models Show Results
2021年，山东自贸试验区内企业合计进出口3843.4亿元，增长39.4%。市场采购方式出口1077.5亿元，增长213.7%。
In 2021, enterprises in Shandong's Pilot Free Trade Zone achieved 384.34 billion yuan in trade volume (up 39.4%). Market procurement exports reached 107.75 billion yuan (up 213.7%).
出口商品结构持续优化，机电产品出口增长35.8%，劳动密集型产品占比下降1.1个百分点。
The export structure continues to optimize, with mechanical and electrical products growing 35.8% while labor-intensive products decreased by 1.1 percentage points.
RCEP带来新机遇
RCEP Brings New Opportunities
2021年山东省对RCEP其他14个成员国进出口1.03万亿元，增长32.9%。RCEP生效首年，山东省出口商品可在日本享受关税减让约3.8亿元。
In 2021, Shandong's trade with other RCEP members reached 1.03 trillion yuan (up 32.9%). In the first year of RCEP implementation, Shandong exports can enjoy about 380 million yuan in tariff reductions in Japan.
青岛海关一级巡视员苗振国表示："RCEP将促进山东对标国际高水平经贸规则，加快推进制度型开放，助力山东打造对外开放新高地。"
Miao Zhenguo, First-Level Inspector of Qingdao Customs, stated: "RCEP will help Shandong align with international high-standard trade rules, accelerate institutional opening-up, and build a new highland for opening-up."
