湖南新增7个省级出口食品农产品质量安全示范区 助力外贸增长
华声在线3月8日讯（湖南日报·华声在线通讯员 林俊 记者 周月桂）经省政府批准，湖南出入境检验检疫局、省农业委和省商务厅近日联合发文，确定临湘(茶叶)、华容(芥菜、蜂蜜)、桑植(牛羊肉)、资阳(茶叶)、赫山(茶叶)、桃江(茶叶)、安化(茶叶)7个县市区为第三批省级出口食品农产品质量安全示范区。
Huasheng Online, March 8th (Hunan Daily·Huasheng Online correspondent Lin Jun, reporter Zhou Yuegui) Approved by the provincial government, Hunan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Provincial Agriculture Committee and Provincial Commerce Department recently jointly issued a document, designating Linxiang (tea), Huarong (mustard greens, honey), Sangzhi (beef and mutton), Ziyang (tea), Heshan (tea), Taojiang (tea), and Anhua (tea) in 7 counties and districts as the third batch of provincial-level export food and agricultural product quality safety demonstration zones.
湖南出入境检验检疫局介绍，此次新获批的示范区新增了不少我省特色产品，安化、桃江等地是我省著名的黑茶产区，这也是我省黑茶产业首次纳入出口示范区；桑植县牛羊养殖存栏10万头，牛羊肉年均出口2000余万美元；华容县的芥菜和蜂蜜产品年均出口近1000万美元。这些示范区产品将享受多项示范区扶持政策和检验检疫监管便利措施。
Hunan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau stated that these newly approved demonstration zones include many local specialty products. Anhua and Taojiang are famous dark tea production areas in the province, marking the first time Hunan's dark tea industry has been included in export demonstration zones. Sangzhi County has a livestock inventory of 100,000 cattle and sheep, with annual beef and mutton exports exceeding $20 million. Huarong County's mustard greens and honey products have annual exports of nearly $10 million. Products from these demonstration zones will enjoy various supportive policies and convenient inspection and quarantine supervision measures.
截至目前，我省累计已通过28个省级出口食品农产品质量安全示范区，示范区建设有力提升了食品农产品质量安全整体水平，促进了我省食品农产品出口。今年1至2月，全省共出口食品农产品2.17亿美元，同比增23.66%。
To date, the province has established a total of 28 provincial-level export food and agricultural product quality safety demonstration zones. The construction of these zones has significantly improved the overall quality and safety level of food and agricultural products, promoting exports. From January to February this year, the province exported $217 million worth of food and agricultural products, a year-on-year increase of 23.66%.
