中国7月进出口增速转正 四季度外贸有望反弹？
北京/Beijing - 海关总署8月8日公布的数据显示，今年前7个月我国进出口总值23.55万亿元人民币，同比增长0.4%。其中出口13.47万亿元，增长1.5%；进口10.08万亿元，下降1.1%。
According to the General Administration of Customs, China's total import-export value reached 23.55 trillion yuan in the first seven months, up 0.4% year-on-year. Exports grew by 1.5% to 13.47 trillion yuan while imports declined 1.1% to 10.08 trillion yuan.
7月单月进出口3.46万亿元，同比下降8.3%。其中出口2.02万亿元，下降9.2%；进口1.44万亿元，下降6.9%。专家分析认为，去年同期高基数和外需疲软是主要影响因素。
In July alone, imports and exports totaled 3.46 trillion yuan, down 8.3% year-on-year. Exports fell 9.2% to 2.02 trillion yuan while imports dropped 6.9% to 1.44 trillion yuan. Experts attribute the decline to last year's high base effect and weakening external demand.
值得注意的是，汽车出口成为最大亮点。前7个月汽车出口金额同比增长118.5%，7月单月增速达83.26%。新能源车、锂电池和太阳能电池"新三样"合计出口增长61.6%，成为外贸新增长点。
Notably, automobile exports stood out as the brightest spot. In the first seven months, auto export value surged 118.5% year-on-year, with July alone seeing 83.26% growth. The "new trio" of NEVs, lithium batteries and solar panels saw combined export growth of 61.6%, emerging as new trade growth drivers.
海关总署统计分析司司长吕大良表示，我国外贸进出口运行平稳、符合预期，长期向好的基本面没有改变。随着稳外贸政策持续发力，四季度出口有望迎来反弹。
Lyu Daliang, Director of the GAC's Department of Statistics and Analysis, stated China's foreign trade remains stable and meets expectations, with the positive long-term fundamentals unchanged. Experts anticipate export rebound in Q4 as stabilization policies take effect.
外贸结构持续优化：前7个月民营企业进出口增长6.7%，占比提升至52.9%。机电产品出口占比58.1%，显示我国出口产品附加值不断提高。
Trade structure continues to optimize: Private enterprises' import-export grew 6.7% in Jan-July, accounting for 52.9% of total. Mechanical and electrical products made up 58.1% of exports, reflecting rising value-added in export products.
