海南自贸港芳香植物精油加工厂奠基 打造国际级"芳香小镇"
2023年12月24日 - 海南自贸港健康产业园迎来重要里程碑，芳香植物精油提取加工工厂在海南省海口市琼山区云龙产业园正式奠基。该项目由海南花卉市场有限公司和海南香卉儿日化有限责任公司联合投资建设。
December 24, 2023 - The Hainan Free Trade Port Health Industrial Park reached an important milestone as the Aromatic Plant Essential Oil Extraction and Processing Plant officially broke ground in Yunlong Industrial Park, Qiongshan District, Haikou City. The project is jointly invested by Hainan Flower Market Co., Ltd. and Hainan Xianghuier Daily Chemical Co., Ltd.
项目概况：总投资2.2亿元人民币，占地面积23亩，建设周期约1年。工厂将配备研发实验室、现代化生产区、质检中心、智能仓储物流系统等完善设施。
Project Overview: With a total investment of 220 million RMB and covering 23 acres of land, the construction period is about one year. The factory will be equipped with complete facilities including R&D laboratories, modern production areas, quality inspection centers, and intelligent warehousing and logistics systems.
战略定位：项目将充分利用海南自贸港税收优惠政策，整合海南本土及东南亚优质花卉资源，引进法国先进提取设备和顶级调香师团队，打造国际化的芳香植物精油产业链。
Strategic Positioning: The project will fully utilize the tax incentives of the Hainan Free Trade Port, integrate high-quality floral resources from Hainan and Southeast Asia, introduce advanced French extraction equipment and top perfumer teams to build an international aromatic plant essential oil industry chain.
市场规划：产品将出口荷兰、澳大利亚、意大利等国际市场，同时创立"香卉儿"自主香氛品牌，目标是将云龙镇建设成为中国的"芳香小镇"和"香水之都"。
Market Plan: Products will be exported to international markets such as the Netherlands, Australia, and Italy, while establishing the "Xianghuier" independent fragrance brand, with the goal of building Yunlong Town into China's "Fragrance Town" and "Perfume Capital".
政府支持：海口国家高新区表示该项目高度契合园区大健康产业发展战略，将有力推动健康产业集群发展。琼山区政府承诺全力支持项目建设，预计将带来显著经济效益并促进乡村振兴。
Government Support: Haikou National High-tech Zone stated that the project is highly aligned with the park's big health industry development strategy and will strongly promote the development of health industry clusters. The Qiongshan District Government has pledged full support for the project, which is expected to bring significant economic benefits and promote rural revitalization.
