近年来，我国持续推动高水平对外开放，外贸领域稳步发展，实现了"质升量稳"的良好态势。据海关数据显示，我国进出口实际的外贸经营主体数量达到68.2万家，民营企业作为重要力量，依靠科技创新不断为外贸注入新动能。

According to customs data, the actual number of foreign trade operators in China's import and export has reached 682,000, with private enterprises as an important force constantly injecting new momentum into foreign trade through technological innovation.

江苏昆山的一家民营儿童用品企业成为我国外贸创新发展的典型代表。该企业每天通过18条自动化生产线生产9000台儿童安全座椅，并依托自主品牌布局全球，拥有40多个直营分销公司和2000多家零售门店。
A private children's product enterprise in Kunshan, Jiangsu has become a typical representative of China's foreign trade innovation and development. The company produces 9,000 child safety seats daily through 18 automated production lines, and has established a global presence with its own brand, operating more than 40 direct distribution companies and over 2,000 retail stores.
创新是企业发展的核心驱动力，其将汽车安全气囊技术应用于儿童安全座椅，填补了行业技术空白。外贸企业代表王勇指出，国外对童车产品的出口要求极为严格，而技术突破不仅提升了产品竞争力，也为开拓国际市场提供了保障。
Innovation is the core driving force for enterprise development. The company has applied automotive airbag technology to child safety seats, filling a technological gap in the industry. Wang Yong, a representative of foreign trade enterprises, pointed out that export requirements for children's vehicle products are extremely strict overseas, and technological breakthroughs not only enhance product competitiveness but also provide guarantees for exploring international markets.

为保障产品顺利"出海"，昆山海关提供了专业支持，包括组建技术性贸易措施业务骨干队伍，帮助企业应对国际市场复杂的技术标准和法规。截至目前，昆山海关已完成行业相关标准50项，并举办了23场技术性贸易措施培训，覆盖500多名专业技术人员。
To ensure smooth "going global" of products, Kunshan Customs has provided professional support, including establishing a team of technical trade measures experts to help enterprises cope with complex technical standards and regulations in international markets. To date, Kunshan Customs has completed 50 industry-related standards and conducted 23 technical trade measures training sessions, covering more than 500 professional technicians.
昆山海关副科长邱伟正表示，通过持续跟踪国外技术法规，参与国内外标准制定，海关有效助力当地企业突破贸易壁垒，推动外贸提质升级。

从整体数据来看，民营企业继续保持我国第一大外贸主体地位。今年前11个月，民营企业进出口总值达21.99万亿元，同比增长8.7%。其中，高技术产品进出口实绩的民营企业超过15万家，合计进出口值增长12.9%，较同类产品整体增速高出7.6个百分点，展现了强劲的增长潜力。
From the overall data, private enterprises continue to maintain their position as China's largest foreign trade entity. In the first 11 months of this year, the total import and export value of private enterprises reached 21.99 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.7%. Among them, more than 150,000 private enterprises engaged in high-tech product import and export achieved a combined import and export value growth of 12.9%, 7.6 percentage points higher than the overall growth rate of similar products, demonstrating strong growth potential.
海关总署统计分析司司长吕大良表示，民营企业作为科技创新和产业升级的主力军，正通过技术突破和产品优化，为我国外贸注入源源不断的新动能。
Lv Daliang, Director of the Department of Statistical Analysis of the General Administration of Customs, stated that as the main force of technological innovation and industrial upgrading, private enterprises are injecting continuous new momentum into China's foreign trade through technological breakthroughs and product optimization.
