作为连接国内国际双循环的关键节点，南通口岸2023年前三季度交出了亮眼成绩单。统计数据显示，南通口岸累计出入境国际航行船舶3500艘次，完成外贸货物吞吐量3694.0797万吨，外贸集装箱24.78万标箱，各项指标均实现全面增长。
As a crucial node connecting domestic and international dual circulation, Nantong Port delivered impressive performance in the first three quarters of 2023. Statistics show the port handled 3,500 international ships, with foreign trade cargo throughput reaching 36.94 million tons and 247,800 TEUs of foreign trade containers, achieving comprehensive growth across all indicators.

- 进境食用水生动物等指定监管场地获批建设
Nantong currently has five national first-class open ports, and has continued to enhance its openness level this year through multiple measures:
- Resumed international passenger flights to Nha Trang, Vietnam and Phnom Penh, Cambodia
- Launched international cargo flights between Nantong and Incheon
- Resumed Osaka international passenger flights in October
- Approved construction of designated supervision sites for imported edible aquatic products
