On September 28, the First China Ningcheng Pet Industry Development Conference and the Second International Pet Products (Cat Litter) Conference grandly opened in Ningcheng County, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. 作为全国最大的膨润土猫砂生产基地，宁城县膨润土储量达1600万吨，潜在资源量20亿吨。目前正从单一猫砂产业向宠物经济全产业链拓展，规划建设800亩宠物科技产业园，打造集研发、生产、销售、外贸于一体的产业集群。
As China's largest bentonite cat litter production base, Ningcheng County has bentonite reserves of 16 million tons and potential resources of 2 billion tons. Currently transitioning from single cat litter production to full pet industry chain development, the county plans to build an 800-acre pet technology industrial park, creating an integrated industrial cluster covering R&D, production, sales and foreign trade.

Strategic Signings Boost Industry Development
开幕式上举行了多项重要签约仪式：宁城县与投资企业达成合作协议；蒙商银行提供金融支持；宁城猫砂行业协会与京东零售签署战略协议。同时为内蒙古膨润土科研中心专家智库揭牌，强化产业智力支撑。
The opening ceremony witnessed several important signings: cooperation agreements between Ningcheng County and investment enterprises; financial support from Mengshang Bank; and strategic agreement between Ningcheng Cat Litter Association and JD Retail. The Inner Mongolia Bentonite Research Center Expert Think Tank was also unveiled to strengthen intellectual support for the industry.
