很多人初听这个名字都以为像六安瓜片一样,是产自安徽六安的一款茶叶,其实此六(liù)安非彼六(lù)安!
Many people initially think it's a tea from Liu'an, Anhui like Liu'an Guapian, but this "Liu(liù)'an" is different from that "Liu(lù)'an"!
一、安茶的传奇历史

1. 诞生(1403-1644)

祁门安茶诞生于明末清初,早在明成祖永乐年间(1403-1425)《祁阊志》就有记载。独特的"夜露"工艺使其在中国六大茶类中绝无仅有。
Qimen An Tea originated in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, with records dating back to the Yongle period (1403-1425). Its unique "night dew" process makes it unique among China's six major tea categories.
2. 辉煌(1644-1937)

清朝时被称为"圣茶",远销两广及东南亚。民国时期年产量达3000担,甚至出口欧美。
During the Qing Dynasty, it was called "Sacred Tea" and was exported to Guangdong, Guangxi and Southeast Asia. During the Republic of China period, annual production reached 3,000 dan (about 180 tons), even exported to Europe and America.

抗日战争导致运输中断,安茶生产被迫停止,这一断就是半个世纪。
The Anti-Japanese War disrupted transportation, forcing the cessation of An Tea production for half a century.
二、艰难的复兴之路
II. The Difficult Road to Revival
1984年香港茶人关奋发寄来1935年的安茶样品,希望恢复生产。经过8年不懈努力,1992年终于成功复产。
In 1984, Hong Kong tea master Guan Fenfa sent samples of 1935 An Tea, hoping to resume production. After 8 years of unremitting efforts, production was successfully restored in 1992.
老茶人汪寿康凭借记忆复原14道工序,1991年成立"江南春"茶厂,1992年产品获安徽省优质特种茶荣誉。
Old tea master Wang Shoukang restored 14 processes from memory. The "Jiangnan Spring" tea factory was established in 1991, and its products won the honor of Anhui Province's high-quality special tea in 1992.
三、现代安茶产业

如今安茶年产量已超2万斤,"孙义顺"成为公共品牌。代表性企业包括:
