国际班列助力川茶香飘世界：中国茶叶出口新机遇
中国成都 - 2月5日，一列载有1235吨"川茶"的专列从成都国际铁路港启程，驶向乌兹别克斯坦塔什干，标志着2023年四川茶叶出口的新篇章。随着中欧班列和西部陆海新通道等国际物流网络的发展，中国西部地区的对外贸易条件显著改善，为四川茶叶创造了宝贵的"出海"机遇。
China's Chengdu - On February 5th, a special train carrying 1,235 tons of "Sichuan tea" departed from Chengdu International Railway Port to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, marking a new chapter in Sichuan tea exports for 2023. With the development of international logistics networks such as the China-Europe Railway Express and the New Western Land-Sea Corridor, foreign trade conditions in western China have significantly improved, creating valuable "going global" opportunities for Sichuan tea.
四川华义茶叶有限公司总经理方义开表示："2021年我们出口了近4000吨绿茶，货值超过600万美元，在中亚市场的份额持续增长。"该公司在夹江县建立了13400亩的出口导向型茶园，并配备了完整的茶叶加工设施。
Fang Yikai, general manager of Sichuan Huayi Tea Co., Ltd., said: "In 2021, we exported nearly 4,000 tons of green tea worth more than $6 million, with our market share in Central Asia continuing to grow." The company has established 13,400 acres of export-oriented tea gardens in Jiajiang County, complete with full tea processing facilities.
夹江县农业农村局副局长李秀林介绍："为达到欧盟标准，我们采用诱虫灯等生态防控措施替代传统化学方法，连间种的树种都特别选择了病虫害少的红豆杉和桢楠。"目前，夹江县已建成10.85万亩标准茶叶基地，其中出口备案基地超过10万亩。
Li Xiulin, deputy director of Jiajiang County Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, explained: "To meet EU standards, we use ecological control measures such as insect traps instead of traditional chemical methods, and have specifically chosen yew and zhennan trees that are less prone to pests and diseases for intercropping." Currently, Jiajiang County has established 108,500 acres of standard tea bases, including over 100,000 acres registered for export.
四川百岳茶业董事长蒋静伟透露："过去我们的茶叶作为原材料出口，没有品牌。现在我们的自有品牌绿茶已销往包括摩洛哥、俄罗斯在内的20多个国家和地区。"该公司拥有年加工2万吨的全自动绿茶生产线，2021年出口量达到1万吨。
Jiang Jingwei, chairman of Sichuan Baiyue Tea Industry, revealed: "In the past, our tea was exported as raw material without a brand. Now our own brand of green tea has been sold to more than 20 countries and regions including Morocco and Russia." The company has a fully automated green tea production line with an annual processing capacity of 20,000 tons, and its exports reached 10,000 tons in 2021.
夹江县副县长薛怀军表示："仅绿茶出口带来的夏秋茶机采技术推广一项，就为农民带来亩均增收2000元以上。"2021年，夹江县出口茶叶3.2万吨，出口额超10亿元，使四川茶叶出口量占全国比重从5%跃升至30%。
Xue Huaijun, deputy county head of Jiajiang County, stated: "The promotion of mechanical picking technology for summer and autumn tea alone, brought about by green tea exports, has increased farmers' income by more than 2,000 yuan per mu." In 2021, Jiajiang County exported 32,000 tons of tea with an export value exceeding 1 billion yuan, increasing Sichuan's share of national tea exports from 5% to 30%.
