云南茶叶出口持续增长：1-2月昆明海关监管出口量达496.7吨 同比增长13.3%
近年来，云南"高原绿色食品牌"凭借其独特的品牌效应火爆"出圈"。越来越多的滇系茶叶通过外贸渠道走向世界各地，成为云南优势特色出口商品。据统计，今年1-2月，昆明海关监管出口茶叶496.7吨，同比增长13.3%。
In recent years, Yunnan's "Plateau Green Food Brand" has gained popularity with its unique brand effect. More and more Yunnan teas are being exported worldwide through foreign trade channels, becoming a characteristic export commodity of Yunnan. According to statistics, from January to February this year, Kunming Customs supervised the export of 496.7 tons of tea, a year-on-year increase of 13.3%.
在海拔1500米的普洱市祖祥有机茶园里，茶农们正小心翼翼地施撒有机肥。这些茶叶成熟后，经过加工将出口到北美。作为世界上面积最大的人工栽培古茶园，普洱茶园已有1800多年历史。
At the 1,500-meter-high Zuxiang Organic Tea Garden in Pu'er City, tea farmers are carefully applying organic fertilizer. After maturing and processing, these teas will be exported to North America. As the world's largest artificially cultivated ancient tea garden, the Pu'er tea garden has a history of more than 1,800 years.
"独特的温暖湿润亚热带气候让普洱台地茶、古树茶深受世界各地茶叶爱好者的青睐。"普洱祖祥高山茶园有限公司总经理董天武表示，"在海关的指导下，我们顺利通过了欧盟、美国、日本有机认证。"
"The unique warm and humid subtropical climate makes Pu'er terrace tea and ancient tree tea highly favored by tea lovers worldwide," said Dong Tianwu, general manager of Pu'er Zuxiang Highland Tea Garden Co., Ltd. "With the guidance of customs, we have successfully obtained organic certifications from the EU, the United States, and Japan."
为便利企业出口，昆明海关实施多项改革措施：
- 出口食品生产企业备案时长从15个工作日压缩到3个工作日
- 设立申报、查验"绿色通道"，实现当天申报、当天抵达
- 推广"云签发"模式申报和原产地证书"智能审核+自助打印"
To facilitate tea exports, Kunming Customs has implemented several reform measures:
- Reduced the filing time for export food production enterprises from 15 working days to 3 working days
- Established "green channels" for declaration and inspection, achieving same-day declaration and arrival
- Promoted the "cloud issuance" declaration model and "smart review + self-service printing" of certificates of origin
在技术保障方面，昆明海关在主要茶产区设立综合技术服务中心，配备先进检测设备，可完成40多项农药残留和重金属污染物检测。同时利用高原农产品技术性贸易措施研究基地优势，为企业提供专业技术指导。
In terms of technical support, Kunming Customs has established comprehensive technical service centers in major tea-producing areas, equipped with advanced testing equipment that can complete more than 40 tests for pesticide residues and heavy metal pollutants. It also leverages the advantages of the plateau agricultural product technical trade measures research base to provide professional technical guidance to enterprises.
随着云南茶叶品质不断提升和国际市场认可度增加，预计未来云南茶叶出口将继续保持良好增长态势。
