湄潭茶叶出口3年增长5倍：欧标战略打开3亿元国际市场
中国贵州湄潭县 - 作为连续两年蝉联中国茶业百强县榜首的产区，湄潭县2022年茶叶总产值达67.4亿元，其中直接出口额突破3亿元，较2019年实现500%爆发式增长。
【战略转型】 2018年起，湄潭县启动"欧标茶园"建设工程，目前已有10万亩茶园通过欧盟500余项农残检测标准。"我们仅使用欧盟许可的农药，近年2万批次抽检合格率100%。"贵州茗城农商旅集团何兴俊强调。
【渠道突破】 县政府组建茶叶出口专班，引进4家专业外贸公司。"通过对接印尼等国际市场，目前我们已帮茶企拿下4000万订单。"博亿行进出口陈代红总经理举例说明。老牌茶企栗香茶业新增6条生产线，仅1月就出口140万美元红茶绿茶。
【质量管控】 县茶产业发展中心杨冬主任介绍："各镇设立茶叶专职镇长，联合多部门常态化巡查农药使用。"2023年1-5月，湄潭茶叶出口同比增长35%至1.6亿元，全年目标突破1亿美元。
Global Market Expansion: Since implementing EU-standard certifications in 2018, Meitan County has transformed 100,000 mu (16,500 acres) of tea plantations to meet 500+ EU pesticide residue limits. "Our testing shows 100% compliance with national standards across 20,000 samples," noted He Xingjun of Guizhou Mingcheng Agricultural-Commercial-Tourism Group.
Export Ecosystem: The county government established 4 specialized trading companies to bridge local producers with international buyers. "We've secured 40 million RMB orders from Indonesia alone," said Chen Daihong of Guizhou Boyixing Import & Export. Established brands like Lixiang Tea have expanded production with 6 new lines, exporting $1.4 million worth of tea in January 2023.
Quality Assurance: "Each township appoints a deputy mayor solely responsible for tea quality control," revealed Yang Dong, Director of Meitan Tea Industry Development Center. With January-May exports up 35% year-over-year to 160 million RMB, the county aims to surpass $100 million in tea exports by year-end.
