最是一年春好处，英州茶园吐新绿。 4月3日，2023第五届英德红茶头采节暨红旗茶厂"世界红茶技艺中心"启动仪式在英德红旗厂举行。

Spring brings new life to Yingzhou tea gardens. On April 3rd, the 2023 5th Yingde Black Tea First Harvest Festival and the launch ceremony of the "World Black Tea Skills Center" at Hongqi Tea Factory were held in Yingde.

清远市委副秘书长、广州对口帮扶清远指挥部副总指挥徐懿，清远市委农办主任、市农业农村局党组书记李伯伦，广东省茶业行业协会副会长张黎明，英德市政府副市长江先涛等有关领导嘉宾出席活动。

Distinguished guests including Xu Yi, Deputy Secretary-General of Qingyuan Municipal Committee and Deputy Commander of Guangzhou-Qingyuan Pairing Assistance Headquarters, Li Bolun, Director of Qingyuan Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Zhang Liming, Vice President of Guangdong Tea Industry Association, and Jiang Xiantao, Vice Mayor of Yingde City attended the event.

清远英德是岭南地区古老的产茶区，产茶历史可追溯到距今1200多年前的唐朝。红旗茶厂1958年建成投产,首批"英德红茶"1959年问世即实现首次出口。

Yingde in Qingyuan is an ancient tea-producing region in Lingnan area, with tea production history dating back to the Tang Dynasty over 1,200 years ago. Hongqi Tea Factory was completed and put into operation in 1958, and the first batch of "Yingde Black Tea" achieved its first export in 1959.

2023年1月，农业农村部公布第五批国家现代农业产业园认定名单，英德市红茶国家现代农业产业园赫然在列。"创园"成功为英德红茶产业发展带来新机遇。

In January 2023, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs announced the fifth batch of national modern agricultural industrial parks, with Yingde Black Tea National Modern Agricultural Industrial Park included. This success brings new opportunities for Yingde black tea industry development.

世界红茶技艺中心启动

World Black Tea Skills Center Launched

随着领导嘉宾宣布"世界红茶技艺中心"启动，"世界红茶技艺中心"规划正式发布。"世界红茶技艺中心"主要由五大板块构建："技艺"背景、"技艺"溯源、"技艺"重任、"技艺"布局、"技艺"赋能。

With the announcement by distinguished guests, the "World Black Tea Skills Center" was officially launched. The center consists of five main sections: "Skills" background, "Skills" origin, "Skills" mission, "Skills" layout, and "Skills" empowerment.

业态布局策略"以街为经纬，以馆为星罗，以坊为棋布"，包括一场、四街、八馆、二十四坊。

The business layout strategy follows "streets as warp and weft, halls as stars, and workshops as chess pieces", including one venue, four streets, eight halls, and twenty-four workshops.

多角度体验英德红茶魅力

Multi-dimensional Experience of Yingde Black Tea Charm

活动当天还举办了红旗茶厂茶产品推介会、招商推介会以及茶文化研学体验活动，组织参会嘉宾到茶园采茶，体验炒茶，学习奶茶冲泡、擂茶粥制作等技艺。

The event day also featured tea product promotion conferences, investment promotion conferences, and tea culture study tour experiences. Participants were organized to pick tea leaves in tea gardens, experience tea frying, and learn skills like milk tea brewing and pounded tea porridge making.
