中国新能源出口强势增长：上海企业如何突破疫情困境

据统计，1-6月上海市出口电动载人汽车、锂离子蓄电池、太阳能电池分别达241.5亿元、71.5亿元、34亿元，同比增长1.3倍、3.2倍、41.4%。
Statistics show that from January to June, Shanghai exported 24.15 billion yuan worth of electric vehicles, 7.15 billion yuan of lithium-ion batteries, and 3.4 billion yuan of solar cells, representing year-on-year increases of 130%, 320% and 41.4% respectively.
光伏企业逆境重生

上海晶澳太阳能科技有限公司是奉贤综合保税区内的一家光伏龙头企业。今年4月受疫情影响，企业产能降至历史最低点，销售额大幅下降60%。
Shanghai JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd., a leading photovoltaic company in Fengxian Comprehensive Bonded Zone, saw its production capacity drop to a historic low in April due to the pandemic, with sales plummeting by 60%.
企业副总经理陆有军表示："奉贤海关主动将帮扶措施送上门，通过'增值税一般纳税人试点'政策帮助我们拓展市场。目前产品内销比例已超过10%。"
Lu Youjun, deputy general manager of the company, said: "Fengxian Customs proactively delivered assistance measures to our doorstep. Through the 'VAT General Taxpayer Pilot' policy, they helped us expand our market. Currently, domestic sales account for over 10% of our products."
如今，上海晶澳已恢复满负荷生产，销售额从今年4月的1.45亿元迅速增长至6月的8.7亿元，增长了近5倍。
Now, Shanghai JA Solar has resumed full production, with sales soaring from 145 million yuan in April to 870 million yuan in June - an increase of nearly five times.
风电设备出口创新高

在上海市金山区的上海泰胜风能装备有限公司仓库内，一排排崭新的风力发电设备正等待交付。今年上半年，该公司加工贸易项下进出口金额同比增长4.8倍。
In the warehouse of Shanghai Taisheng Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. in Jinshan District, rows of brand-new wind power generation equipment await delivery. In the first half of this year, the company's import and export volume under processing trade increased by 4.8 times year-on-year.
公司关务负责人表示："金山海关成立了帮扶专班，指导我们通过'零接触、网上办'方式快速办理加工贸易监管备案手续。"

7月25日，在上海海通国际汽车码头上，600余辆上汽大通品牌新能源汽车准备出口欧洲。外港海关建立"一对一"关企联络员制度，助力"新能源车"跑出通关"加速度"。
