专访广东省纺总经理杨全兴:纺织外贸企业的数字化转型与全球供应链布局

作为中国纺织外贸行业的标杆企业,广东省纺织品进出口股份有限公司(以下简称"广东省纺")正通过数字化转型和全球供应链布局应对行业挑战。公司总经理杨全兴分享了企业从传统外贸向供应链管理者的转型之路。
从中国第一条牛仔裤出口商到全球供应链管理者
广东省纺的前身可追溯至1949年成立的华南进出口公司。1978年,公司出口了中国第一条牛仔裤,开创了中国纺织外贸的先河。2000年后,随着国内劳动力成本上升,广东省纺开始向中西部和东南亚国家转移生产基地。

The company's origins date back to 1949. In 1978, it exported China's first pair of jeans, marking a milestone in textile trade. After 2000, facing rising labor costs, Guangdong Textiles began relocating production to central/western China and Southeast Asia.

2013年,广东省纺创立诚信供应链创新平台,整合设备供应商、银行、保险公司等资源,构建纺织服装供应链生态圈。杨全兴强调:"我们不是简单的中间商,而是深入管理从设计到物流的全产业链。"
Building Supply Chain Ecosystem: Transformation of Trading Companies
In 2013, the company established an innovative supply chain platform, integrating equipment suppliers, banks and insurers. "We're not just middlemen but manage the entire chain from design to logistics," Yang emphasized.
数字化赋能柔性供应链
广东省纺通过ISCM系统实现供应链全链条数字化管理。生产车间的智能设备通过传感器联网,实时监控生产数据。杨全兴表示:"未来竞争在于数字化、智能化,这是我们转型升级的关键路径。"
Digitalization Empowers Flexible Supply Chains
The company uses ISCM system for end-to-end digital management. Smart equipment in workshops provides real-time production data. "Future competition lies in digitalization and intelligence," Yang noted.
布局"元宇宙生活馆"与C2M模式
广东省纺计划打造"元宇宙生活馆",为国际客户构建虚拟销售空间。同时推进C2M(消费者到制造商)模式,让消费者直接参与设计。杨全兴预测:"未来70亿人都会有自己的虚拟模特。"
Developing "Metaverse Showroom" and C2M Model
The company plans to create virtual showrooms for global clients and advance C2M model. "In the future, everyone will have their virtual fashion models," Yang predicted.
应对行业挑战的全球布局策略
面对当前行业困境,广东省纺正加速全球布局,除东南亚外,计划拓展中南美和非洲市场。公司目前拥有500多家成衣厂和30家海外工厂,目标在"十四五"期间实现160亿元销售额。
Global Expansion Strategy Amid Industry Challenges
To address current challenges, the company is expanding globally, targeting Latin America and Africa. With 500+ garment factories and 30 overseas plants, it aims for 16 billion yuan sales during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
