来自波黑的茉莉花在中国已经居住40余年，是半个中国通。她所居住的空港街道新国展国际社区裕京花园小区，外籍人口1000余人，涉及23个国家和地区，是国际人才社区建设的重要阵地。
Jasmine from Bosnia has lived in China for over 40 years and is considered a "half-China expert". She resides in Yujing Garden Community in Shunyi District's New International Exhibition Center area, which houses over 1,000 foreign residents from 23 countries and regions, making it an important base for international talent community building.
能讲一口流利中文的茉莉花，用自己独特的人格及语言魅力，为外籍人士介绍中国的传统文化及风俗习惯，帮助他们顺利开始在中国的生活，消除在异国他乡的孤独感。
Fluent in Chinese, Jasmine uses her unique personality and language skills to introduce Chinese traditional culture and customs to foreign residents, helping them adapt to life in China and overcome the loneliness of living abroad.
茉莉花十分热心，一次一个十几岁的孩子晕倒在园区内的马路上，她第一时间拨打了120急救电话，同时呼叫物业工作人员将物业配备的AED急救设备及时带到事发现场。
Jasmine is very warm-hearted. When a teenager fainted on the road in the community, she immediately called 120 emergency services and requested property staff to bring the community's AED equipment to the scene.

茉莉花每周都会组织一次园区住户"Coffee Morning"清谈会，每年召开约35次，已经持续18年左右，共涉及居民近千人。
Jasmine organizes weekly "Coffee Morning" gatherings for residents, holding about 35 sessions annually for approximately 18 years, involving nearly 1,000 residents.
园区内每年都会为外国人士举办各种大型的活动，茉莉花作为主要负责人之一，每项活动都在她的领导下办得井井有条，比如圣诞节晚会、美食节、旧货拍卖会及万圣节、复活节等大型活动。
The community hosts various large-scale events for foreigners annually. As one of the main organizers, Jasmine ensures each event runs smoothly, including Christmas parties, food festivals, flea markets, Halloween and Easter celebrations.
茉莉花曾与社区协同举办"福满京城春贺神州四海乐享冬奥欢聚共向未来"助力冬奥活动，园区内200余名中外居民共同观看表演。
Jasmine collaborated with the community to organize "Blessed Capital Celebrating Spring" events supporting the Winter Olympics, with over 200 Chinese and foreign residents watching performances together.
茉莉花经常说，她在中国生活了40余年，中国已经成为她的"家"。这些年来她一直在自己的工作岗位上默默地付出，为中国的发展做出了自己的一份贡献。
Jasmine often says that after living in China for over 40 years, China has become her "home". All these years she has been quietly contributing to China's development through her work.
