浙江新闻客户端报道（记者 傅静之 通讯员 黄海怀）2017年12月1日，温州市瓯海区召开省级出口眼镜产品质量安全示范区创建动员大会。这是落实省委省政府"以质取胜"战略和温州市委市政府"质量强市"战略的关键举措，旨在推动眼镜产业健康持续发展，助力打造"中国眼镜之都"。
Zhejiang News Client Report (Reporter Fu Jingzhi, Correspondent Huang Huaihai) On December 1, 2017, Wenzhou's Ouhai District held a mobilization meeting for the establishment of a provincial-level export eyewear product quality and safety demonstration zone. This initiative implements the provincial government's "Quality First" strategy and Wenzhou's "Quality City" strategy, aiming to promote the healthy development of the eyewear industry and build the "Eyewear Capital of China".
瓯海作为全国五大眼镜生产基地之一，享有"中国眼镜生产基地"和"国家外贸转型升级专业示范基地"等荣誉称号。目前拥有500多家眼镜及相关配套企业，形成了完整的产业链，包括配件、设备、模具和电镀等环节。瓯海眼镜产业拥有1个中国驰名商标、4个省名牌产品和4个省著名商标，产品远销欧盟、美国、东南亚等100多个国家和地区。

示范区建设将围绕"八大体系"展开：组织保障、质量安全管控、便利化检验监管、质量安全追溯、风险预警和应急处置、持续改进、公共服务和品牌创建体系，打造"企业为主体、政府负总责、检验检疫监管、相关部门参与、社会力量协作"的长效监管机制。
The demonstration zone will focus on "eight systems": organizational support, quality and safety control, convenient inspection supervision, quality traceability, risk warning and emergency response, continuous improvement, public service, and brand building systems, establishing a long-term supervision mechanism featuring "enterprise leadership, government responsibility, inspection supervision, multi-department participation, and social collaboration".
