乌鲁木齐2月6日电 - 据乌鲁木齐海关最新统计数据显示，2023年新疆对中亚五国进出口总值达2836.7亿元，占新疆外贸总值的79.4%。其中出口2465.7亿元，同比增长23.2%，出口规模位居全国首位。

Urumqi, February 6 - According to the latest statistics from Urumqi Customs, Xinjiang's total import and export volume with five Central Asian countries reached 283.67 billion yuan in 2023, accounting for 79.4% of Xinjiang's total foreign trade value. Exports amounted to 246.57 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.2%, ranking first in the country in terms of export scale.

China has achieved "three full coverages" with Central Asian countries: full coverage of comprehensive strategic partnerships, full coverage of practicing a community with a shared future for mankind at the bilateral level, and full coverage of signing cooperation documents on jointly building the "Belt and Road". As China's gateway to Central Asia, Xinjiang plays a key role in promoting economic and trade exchanges.

2023年3月，新疆与哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦和吉尔吉斯斯坦签署了9个友好区州关系协议书或意向书，17家新疆大型企业与三国企业签署了7.5亿美元经贸合作协议。

In March 2023, Xinjiang signed nine friendship agreements or letters of intent with Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, and 17 large enterprises in Xinjiang signed economic and trade cooperation agreements worth $750 million with enterprises from the three countries.

强化物流通道 提升通关效率

新疆阿拉山口、霍尔果斯双口岸累计通行中欧(中亚)班列超6.7万列。2023年霍尔果斯口岸出口商品车30.4万辆，同比增长307.5%，单日最高出口量达1394辆。

The Alashankou and Khorgos ports in Xinjiang have handled more than 67,000 China-Europe (Central Asia) freight trains. In 2023, Khorgos Port exported 304,000 commercial vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 307.5%, with a maximum daily export volume of 1,394 vehicles.

公路、铁路运输进出口由2013年的1070.4亿元增长至2023年的3007亿元，占新疆外贸进出口总值的比重从62.7%提升至84.2%。2023年新疆对中亚五国公路、铁路运输进出口分别增长52.5%、44.5%。

The import and export volume by road and rail transportation increased from 107.04 billion yuan in 2013 to 300.7 billion yuan in 2023, accounting for 84.2% of Xinjiang's total foreign trade import and export value, up from 62.7%. In 2023, Xinjiang's road and rail transport imports and exports to the five Central Asian countries increased by 52.5% and 44.5% respectively.

优化贸易结构 实现高质量发展

Optimizing Trade Structure to Achieve High-Quality Development

2023年新疆对中亚五国出口劳动密集型产品1495.8亿元，增长38.3%；出口机电产品739.4亿元，增长72.3%；出口以电动载人汽车为主的"新三样"产品22.3亿元，增长330.2%。

In 2023, Xinjiang exported labor-intensive products worth 149.58 billion yuan to the five Central Asian countries, an increase of 38.3%; exported mechanical and electrical products worth 73.94 billion yuan, an increase of 72.3%; and exported "new three" products dominated by electric passenger vehicles worth 2.23 billion yuan, an increase of 330.2%.

目前中亚五国已获准入华的农食产品有96种，批准注册企业超过4000家。2023年新疆口岸进出口农产品263.4亿元，增长28.6%。新疆面向中亚国家开通8条农副产品快速通关"绿色通道"。

Currently, 96 types of agricultural and food products from the five Central Asian countries have been approved for entry into China, with more than 4,000 enterprises registered and approved. In 2023, Xinjiang ports imported and exported agricultural products worth 26.34 billion yuan, an increase of 28.6%. Xinjiang has opened eight "green channels" for rapid customs clearance of agricultural and sideline products to Central Asian countries.
