According to Russia's Kommersant, Wison (Nantong) Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. won a $226 million contract from Rosatom to build hulls for floating nuclear power plants. This marks China's first export of such high-tech special vessels to Russia.

合同要求中国船厂在2023年10月前交付首艘船体(含上部建筑),第二艘于2024年2月交付。核反应堆和汽轮机组将在俄罗斯波罗的海造船厂安装。

The contract requires the Chinese shipyard to deliver the first hull (including superstructure) by October 2023, and the second by February 2024. The nuclear reactors and turbine units will be installed at Russia's Baltic Shipyard.
