新疆霍尔果斯前7月纺织品服装出口增长逾三成 民营企业成主力军
中新社乌鲁木齐9月3日电（朱恬甜）霍尔果斯海关最新统计数据显示，2023年1-7月，霍尔果斯区域纺织品服装出口额达98.48亿元人民币，同比增长34.05%，占区域出口贸易总额的31.39%。
According to Xinhua News Agency Urumqi September 3rd (by Zhu Tiantian) Horgos Customs statistics show that from January to July 2023, textile and apparel exports in the Horgos region reached 9.848 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 34.05%, accounting for 31.39% of the region's total export trade volume.
海关数据显示，厨房用织物制品成为主要出口品类，出口额20.51亿元，同比大幅增长89.8%；毛皮质衣着及其附件出口10.28亿元，同比增长26.55%。
Customs data indicates that kitchen textile products became the main export category, with exports reaching 2.051 billion yuan, a significant year-on-year increase of 89.8%; fur clothing and accessories exports totaled 1.028 billion yuan, up 26.55% year-on-year.
民营企业成为纺织品出口的中坚力量，出口额达93.35亿元，同比增长36.48%，占纺织品出口总额的94.8%。
Private enterprises have become the backbone of textile exports, with export value reaching 9.335 billion yuan, up 36.48% year-on-year, accounting for 94.8% of total textile exports.
专家分析指出，中亚国家经济复苏和消费升级是推动出口增长的关键因素。哈萨克斯坦、塔吉克斯坦等中亚国家及俄罗斯市场需求旺盛，带动中国优质纺织品出口大幅增长。
Experts point out that the economic recovery of Central Asian countries and consumption upgrading are key drivers of export growth. Strong demand from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and other Central Asian countries as well as Russia has significantly boosted exports of China's high-quality textiles.
自2014年新疆实施"发展纺织服装业促进百万人就业"工程以来，在政策红利推动下，新疆纺织服装产业投资持续升温，这些成果正通过霍尔果斯等口岸进入周边国际市场。
