梧州三家企业首获出口备案证明 食品出口备案率领先全国
12月15日，梧州出入境检验检疫局举行2017年出口食品生产企业备案证明颁发仪式，向首次获得出口备案资格的广西梧州乐哈哈食品工业有限公司、广西梧州永利威食品工业有限公司和梧州市天誉茶业有限公司颁发四个备案证明。
On December 15, the Wuzhou Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau held a certification ceremony for food export enterprises in 2017, issuing four export certifications to three Wuzhou companies for the first time: Guangxi Wuzhou Lehaha Food Industry Co., Ltd., Guangxi Wuzhou Wing Lee Wai Food Industry Co., Ltd., and Wuzhou Tianyu Tea Industry Co., Ltd.
据介绍，对出口食品生产企业实行卫生注册登记备案，是1984年依据《食品卫生法》建立的一项行政许可制度。这项制度实施33年来，全国获得注册备案的企业达到13400多家，占全国获得食品生产许可企业总数的6.2%。
According to reports, the hygiene registration and certification system for food export enterprises was established in 1984 under the Food Hygiene Law. Over the past 33 years, more than 13,400 enterprises nationwide have obtained this certification, accounting for 6.2% of all food production licensed enterprises in China.
我市目前的出口食品备案企业达到26家，占全市获得食品生产许可证企业总数的9.1%，超出全国平均水平近3个百分点。
Currently, Wuzhou has 26 certified food export enterprises, accounting for 9.1% of all food production licensed enterprises in the city—nearly 3 percentage points higher than the national average.
目前，我市获得备案品种涉及六堡茶、龟苓膏、大豆饮料类、麦片、黑芝麻糊、胶原蛋白肠衣等600多个品种，2016年出口总值达3464.3万美元，实现了食品出口在国外高技术壁垒条件下的稳步增长。
The certified products in Wuzhou include over 600 varieties such as Liubao tea, turtle jelly, soy-based beverages, oatmeal, black sesame paste, and collagen casings, with total export value reaching US$34.643 million in 2016, demonstrating steady growth in food exports despite international technical barriers.
获证企业在硬件条件、卫生安全质量管理水平、生产加工技术、品牌培育等方面，与国际先进水平逐步接轨，总体已达到国际中等偏上水平。
Certified enterprises have gradually aligned with international standards in terms of hardware facilities, hygiene and quality management, production technology, and brand development, reaching an above-average international level overall.
