2023年3月7日，谷歌+"独立站"遵化专场跨境交流分享会在河北金卓颐高电子商务产业园成功举办。中国中小商业企业协会跨境电商分会秘书长何志成应邀出席并发表重要讲话。
On March 7, 2023, the Google+"Independent Station" Zunhua Cross-border Exchange and Sharing Session was successfully held at the Hebei Jinzhuo Yigao E-commerce Industrial Park. He Zhicheng, Secretary General of the Cross-border E-commerce Branch of China Association of Small and Medium Commercial Enterprises, was invited to attend and deliver an important speech.
何秘书长指出，遵化位于京、津、唐、承、秦腹地，拥有装备制造、宠物笼具、手工艺品等特色鲜明的产业。近年来，遵化将发展电商产业作为推动经济转型升级的关键举措。
Secretary General He pointed out that Zunhua is located in the hinterland of Beijing, Tianjin, Tangshan, Chengde and Qinhuangdao, with distinctive industries such as equipment manufacturing, pet cages and handicrafts. In recent years, Zunhua has made the development of e-commerce industry a key measure to promote economic transformation and upgrading.

何秘书长强调："当前我国跨境电商出口在经历了价格竞争和平台调整后，迎来了品牌意识的觉醒。2023年及未来十年将是中国跨境电商品牌出海的黄金时代。"
Secretary General He emphasized: "After experiencing price competition and platform adjustments, China's cross-border e-commerce exports are now witnessing an awakening of brand awareness. 2023 and the next decade will be the golden age for Chinese cross-border e-commerce brands going global."

中国中小商业企业协会为地方政府和企业提供全产业链服务，包括会议会展、跨境咨询、品牌孵化等，已与数十个地方政府和特色产业带建立战略合作。
