◆原理
本试剂盒应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术测定样品中赖氨酰内肽酶(Lys-C)的微量残留。用捕获抗体包被96孔酶标板,制成固相抗体,往酶标板中加入标准品和检测样品,与检测抗体桥联结合,再加入辣根过氧化物酶标记物,经过洗涤后加底物TMB显色。TMB在HRP的催化下转化成蓝色,并在酸的作用下转化成最终的黄色。

◆原理

本试剂盒应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术测定样品中赖氨酰内肽酶(Lys-C)的微量残留。用捕获抗体包被96孔酶标板,制成固相抗体,往酶标板中加入标准品和检测样品,与检测抗体桥联结合,再加入辣根过氧化物酶标记物,经过洗涤后加底物TMB显色。TMB在HRP的催化下转化成蓝色,并在酸的作用下转化成最终的黄色。在450 nm波长下测定吸光度(OD值),通过标准曲线计算待测样品中赖氨酰内肽酶的残留量。
