Follow up to #13186, com.azure:azure-security-keyvault-keys was added as a new dependency to iceberg-azure

I believe we need to ensure this is propagated to the LICENSE files of iceberg-azure's transitive dependencies (https://grep.app/search?f.path.pattern=build.gradle&f.repo=apache%2Ficeberg&q=iceberg-azure)
