Hey @pdr, I think we need to size the picture debugger canvas using a magic iframe to detect that its resized. Have you done that before? tracing/timeline_viewport.html does it...

We already have a line within this code that says we need to move the sub views "off" the modelEvent madness. I'll leave it up to you if you want to submit it or not. I can vouch for the fact that this fixes the display problems.
