Automating Startup Strategy Tasks Using Runner H (PitchPolish Case Study)

This is a submission for the Runner H "AI Agent Prompting" Challenge

What I Built

I built PitchPolish, a concept-stage automation agent using Runner H prompts to transform a single-line startup idea into a complete investor-ready pitch deck. Rather than manually researching platforms, identifying investors, or designing branding and UI flow, PitchPolish automates it all with strategic prompts.

This project demonstrates how Runner H can serve as a virtual co-founder—handling market analysis, branding suggestions, social media content creation, and user flow design—without writing any code. It solves the problem of early-stage founders lacking time, skills, or structure to transform ideas into polished presentations.

How I Used Runner H

I used Runner H as my co-founder and strategic assistant to automate the early stages of startup creation—without writing a single line of code.

I designed a series of prompts to guide Runner H through:

  1. Researching the right development platform (Prompt 1)
  2. Finding relevant early-stage investors (Prompt 2)
  3. Generating a full pitch deck summary (Prompt 3)
  4. Creating brand identity, slogans, and launch copy (Prompt 4)
  5. Designing the UI/UX layout and recommending a tech stack (Prompt 5)

This prompt-based workflow allows anyone to replicate PitchPolish by reusing or modifying the prompts I’ve documented in this post.

You can test it yourself by starting with:

“I want to create an AI-powered startup pitch builder called PitchPolish…”
...and then continue through each step I outlined.

** Use Case & Impact**

PitchPolish offers a no-code, AI-powered approach to helping early-stage founders turn raw ideas into polished pitch materials in minutes.

🎯

Use Cases:

  • First-time founders who need a pitch but don’t know where to begin
  • Startup incubators teaching business validation

💡

Impact:

It reduces the time, cost, and knowledge barrier of assembling investor-ready decks, brand assets, and platform decisions—tasks that typically take days or weeks. Runner H compressed it into less than an hour of intelligent automation.
