I would probably remove SemanticUI, they haven’t updated since 2018 which is pre-hooks..
Tailwind is doing something with their own UI components but it’s not free and not even in beta yet..
I actually really like Adobe Spectrum for webapps and editor style tools especially: react-spectrum.adobe.com/
They’ve been working on spectrum since before material and have a really solid set of principles and guides.
