We all love our tools, until we don't!

If you had to drop one DevOps tool from your current stack (CI, IaC, container orchestration, logging, monitoring, etc.), which one would it be… and why?

• Maybe it's overkill for your team size.

• Maybe the learning curve isn't worth the payoff.

• Maybe it causes more pain than it solves.

For example: I've seen teams drop Kubernetes for simple Docker + systemd setups and get better sleep.
